Traits
Unique Ears (Unique)
Unique ears are ones that are not seen on any creature known to this planet, and are distinctive to the individual Genekit sporting the trait. These traits are harder to learn, as Genekits must learn to shift into these shapes without anything to model themselves after.
Uniquely Shaped Pupils (Unique)
Genekits with this trait have unnaturally shaped pupils; things like stars, hollow rings, etc. Some Genekits with this trait may be missing their pupils*
*Genekits does allow for the artistic absence of pupils. The unique pupil trait will only apply for missing pupils if the pupil is only missing from one eye, or if a user really wants to have the missing pupils be an official trait and not just an artistic preference.
Unique Muzzle or Mouth (Unique)
Unique muzzles or mouths are ones that are not seen on any creature known to this planet, and are distinctive to the individual Genekit sporting the trait. These traits are harder to learn, as Genekits must learn to shift into these shapes without anything to model themselves after.
Shaped Tongue (Unique)
Uniquely shaped tongues are ones that are not seen on any creature known to this planet, and are distinctive to the individual Genekit sporting the trait. These traits are harder to learn, as Genekits must learn to shift into these shapes without anything to model themselves after.
Uniquely Shaped Whiskers (Unique)
Uniquely shaped whiskers are ones that are not seen on any creature known to this planet, and are distinctive to the individual Genekit sporting the trait. These traits are harder to learn, as Genekits must learn to shift into these shapes without anything to model themselves after. Genekits with this trait have whisker or whisker-like growths that do not follow the standard whisker shape. Perhaps they are curled, or have an extra tuft of fur on the ends.
Unique Nose (Unique)
Unique noses are ones that are not seen on any creature known to this planet, and are distinctive to the individual Genekit sporting the trait. These traits are harder to learn, as Genekits must learn to shift into these shapes without anything to model themselves after.
Unique Tail (Unique)
Unique tails are ones that are not seen on any creature known to this planet, and are distinctive to the individual Genekit sporting the trait. These traits are harder to learn, as Genekits must learn to shift into these shapes without anything to model themselves after.
Unique Feet (Unique)
Unique tails are ones that are not seen on any creature known to this planet, and are distinctive to the individual Genekit sporting the trait. These traits are harder to learn, as Genekits must learn to shift into these shapes without anything to model themselves after.
* This trait includes things like shaped paw pads as those are not naturally occuring.
Shaped Fur (Unique)
Genekits with this trait have tufts of fur that take on shapes unusual for fur. Things like star-shaped fur tufts, or fur shaped like little wings.
Abnormally Long Fur (Unique)
Genekits with this trait have fur that is incredibly long. This can be all of their fur, or simply chunks of fur that are significantly longer than the rest.
Shaped Horns (Unique)
Genekits with this trait have horns with unnaturally shaped horrns growing out of their head. Some examples of these include star shaped horns, flower shaped horns, etc. This trait allows up to 3 horns to be added per application
Abnormally Large Horns (Unique)
Genekits with this trait have very large horns growing out of their head. These horns are larger than 1.5x the size of the Genekit's head.
Wings (Unique)
Due to the fact that wings are (typically) such large additional, functional structures to a Genekit's anatomy, these traits are harder for a Genekit to learn, despite them being something found on other animals. These wings are always fully functional, meaning Genekits with this trait are able to fly, even if acording to all laws of aviation, there is no way a Genekit should be able to fly.
These wings always come in pairs, and can be placed anywhere on the body (i.e. back, ankles, on the tail, etc.) A Genekit can learn to add additional sets of wings with practice (i.e. multiple applications of this trait allows for even more sets of wings)
*If the wings add additional traits based on placement/type of wing, you will need that trait as well. For example, if you want feathered wings, you will also need to add the feather trait. If you wings have scales, you will need the scale trait. If you are replacing the ears with wings, you will need a unique ear trait.
Shaped Scales (Unique)
Genekits with this trait have scales that do not follow the typical shapes of scales found on animals. For example, they could look like sea shells, stars, buttons, etc.
